RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We understand that you cant smell the items until you purchase them and sometimes you may not like the fragrance you ordered, and we want you to love your WOLF + WICK items! So if your not 100% happy with your item we are happy to accept returns and either offer you an alternative scent or a refund. Simply give us an email at Hello@wolfandwickcandles.ie and explain you wish to return your item, you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund via the initial payment method (please note we do not refund or cover delivery costs). Please ensure all items are well padded and packed securely to ensure no damage occurs on the way back to us, failure to do so may result in your refund being refused. We highly recommend you send by registered post and keep your receipt. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Please note we only accept returns on items unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive your item back we inspect it for any use or damage, once the item is in good condition we will refund you within 10 working days.
DAMAGES
We want you to receive your WOLF + WICK items in perfect condition, we take great care when packing every order to ensure your items are snug as a bug on their travels. Unfortunately once it leave us it is out of our control how the package is handled. We ask you to inspect each item for any damages upon delivery or within a reasonable time frame. If any item gets damaged on its way to you we ask that you contact us immediately explaining the damages and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. If you have not notified us within 14 days of delivery, we will consider the items as being of satisfactory quality and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.
